Kevin Dee is a co-founder and the Chairman of the Board at Eagle. As Chair, Mr. Dee oversees the company from a governance perspective, holding the Executive Team accountable for their performance. While Mr Dee is not involved in day-to-day operations of the company, he is involved in strategic growth initiatives and ensuring that Eagle is at the forefront of staffing industry innovation. With twenty years of experience as CEO of the company, he is also readily available as a key resource to the Executive Team.
In 2006, Mr. Dee was named CEO of the Year by the Ottawa Business Journal, in 2009 was Consumer’s Choice Businessman of the Year for Ottawa-Gatineau and, in 2012, was presented with the ACSESS Award of Excellence.
Mr. Dee was a National Board Member for nine years, and past President of the Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), which is the Canadian staffing industry association. He was also a National Board Member of the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB Canada) for five years, stepping down in 2014. He is active in numerous charities providing both financial support, and his time.
